Adventures of Huckleberry Finn: Goals, Dreams, and Motives



In the story “The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn”, Huckle who was a normal kid that living like a normal child and got adopted by the widow, Huckle living each day without any goals or dreams. He just want to have fun all day long without doing work, he wants just to play around but the widow had taught him many things, she taught him to do right things and live properly, so after that began to change, and after that he can read and write. But when he almost found his dream, his father had came back kidnapped him away. Huckle had run away with Jim and live in Jackson Island, they had became friends and promise to help each other to escaped from this trouble together. So now Huckle had a goal that he want to escape from this trouble with Jim, and Jim goal was to escaped with Huckle and live somewhere else and be a rich person, have a family and have 2 kids. He wanted to have fun all his life and does not want anyone to set rules for him. He wanted to sail to north to go to a free state, that place had no one will be the boss and rule the place, so there he could do anything he wants without worry about anything. Huckle was usually skeptic person, he always not trust anyone who met at first, because he had motives. When he was met the king, he had motive to stole that gold, it can make him rich and make him complete his goal. He had many bad things in his life, he had experienced more than every normal children. So these are all goal, motives, and dreams of Huckle in “The adventure of Huckleberry Finn” that I shared to you.
